"Cultures" - the biggest barrier to Business & University Collaboration?
Friday 22 October 2010
The audience at a recent Innovation Network event indicated that "Compatibility of Cultures" was the biggest barrier to business-university collaboration.
Using keypads - as per the "Who Wants to be a Millionaire" programme - to vote, the audience selected cultural compatibility over cost or time as the biggest barrier to business & university collaboration.
Delegates also voted on the benefits of effective collaboration, efforts for growth and the responsibility for collaboration during the evening.
This Question-Time event featured a panel of local experts answering questions on business and university collaboration, which were submitted by delegates when they registered.
