The Keynote speakers are: Hugo Raaijmakers (Creative Director for service deisgn) and Mark Hartvelt (Senior Director of New Business) of
Phillips Design (Netherlands) who will be introducing their approach and reasoning behind a shift from products to services.
In addition, two Welsh manufacturers will explain why service is important to their company and share their experiences of using design-led innovation to add value to their business: Phillip Morgan, Managing Director of
Watertec Solutions, Aggrelek and Andy Mudie, Marketing Director of
Nuaire.
Both companies belong to the manufacturers that have already joined
‘The 90’ companies that care about good quality service.
This is not an Innovation Network event.
This event is being organised by Design Wales (party of the Welsh Assembly Government) as part of their "Design Wales Service Programme" which will bring leading voices within industry to Wales.
