29th November: Centre for Defence Enterprise (CDE) : One-to-One Surgeries

Further to the success of the CDE "One-to-One" Surgeries held in September, CDE is offering additional surgeries on the 29th November, to provide individual guidance.
These surgeries are aimed at companies supplying or developing products for the MOD and academics / innovators in this area. The surgery will not be a detailed technical discussion but will offer advice on how best to shape and direct project proposals. (Advice given is non-binding on either party).
Proposals will be discussed in a previously prepared and submitted ‘Quad Chart’ format - a one page summary of your idea - and each appointment will last for 30 minutes. After registering / from about 4 weeks before the surgery CDE will send you the template for your ‘Quad Chart’, which must be returned at least a week before the surgery date. (Please note that the surgery appointment will be cancelled unless a quad chart is submitted).
As these surgeries will be held in relatively small meeting rooms, teams should limit themselves to not more than four people attending the surgery. If more than one person wishes to attend the surgery only the lead person need register.
This is a daytime event and places will be allocated on a first come, first served basis.
This event is being held in partnership with the Welsh Government.
