This morning event will showcase the best of Knowledge Transfer Partnerships at Cardiff, informing attendees of University successes, the benefits of the scheme and how they can get involved.
Knowledge Transfer Partnerships (KTP) is a UK-wide programme enabling businesses to improve their competitiveness, productivity and performance, whilst accelerating business innovation. A KTP achieves this through the building of a partnership between a business and Cardiff University, enabling the company to access skills and expertise.
The Cardiff University KTP Conference will be hosted by the Vice Chancellor, Dr David Grant and the keynote speaker will be David Way, Director of Knowledge Exchange & Special Projects at the Technology Strategy Board. Delegates will also hear directly from leading industrialists, academics and KTP Associates, on the added value of KTP.
Throughout the day there will be an opportunity to network with invited guests from Welsh Government, academe, industry and the public sector.
The event will begin at 09:15 and will close with lunch at 13:30.
Further details, including a Registration Form, will be available shortly.
