Excellence in Service Innovation

On 1st July 2008, the CBI held a half day event for senior managers from across the service sector, who came together to discuss the findings of a newly published, joint CBI/QinetiQ study into service innovation.  
The report examined innovation across a range of service sector firms and highlighted how   creative innovation has given many of these businesses an edge over the competition.  One of the sixteen exemplar companies featured within the Report is Legal &  General and it's groundbreaking collaboration with Cardiff University.
