Interested in European Funding Opportunities? Workshop: 25th March
Thursday 25 February 2010
The Enterprise Europe Network is hosting a one day workshop to explain how to prepare winning proposals for collaborative research.
FP7 is the European Framework Programme for Research and Technological development and is open to a range of organisations (public and private) and individuals including university research groups, companies intending to innovate, small and medium-sized enterprises (SME’s) and researchers.
Projects include: Collaborative Projects; Networks of Excellence; Individual Projects; Support for Training and Career Development; Co-ordination and Support Actions and Research for the Benefit of Specific Groups (especially SMEs).
This workshop will cover the evaluation process and criteria, the chief financial conditions, rules on intellectual property rights and the proposal itself - showing how a well designed project and consortium will meet the evaluation criteria. Examples from real proposals will illustrate good and bad practise in presenting bids.
The workshop is aimed at researchers, research managers in companies and business advisors preparing a proposal or trying to understand what’s involved.
