Innovation Network Awards 2006



Some of the finest examples of innovation in business in Wales have been honoured as part of the prestigious Cardiff University Innovation Awards held in Cardiff on Thursday 18th May 2006. The Awards, now in their seventh year, celebrate the close links and successful collaborations forged between Cardiff University and the world of business in Wales.

This year’s winners range from Wales’ pioneering Digital Storytelling project, to a company producing an innovative inflatable device to promote wound healing and a third which has developed a new micro-tooled revolutionary fishing line.

    Frontier Therapeutics and Cardiff University Wound Healing Research Unit (WHRU)

    BVG Airflo and Cardiff University Manufacturing Engineering Centre
